Grégory Coutanceau imagined this new restaurant as an experimental place, totally implemented in the local history. A restaurant and winter garden with wooden fire cooking, a vegetable garden on the rooftop overlooking the Charente river and a very nice wine selection in the wine bar. Several atmospheres can be enjoyed all day long, from breakfast to dinner, with seasonal products from local producers as central theme, in order to highlight the know how of the region
