After a few years now on the Island of Beauty at Casadelmar Porto-Vecchio, then Chez Charles Lumio, Julien Diaz came home to Marseille opened with his former sidekick Guillaume Bonneaud " Saisons ". In the kitchen, the chef lets his creativity: its Italian, Spanish origins are so many influences to Provencal gastronomic cuisine comprising exclusively fresh, local products.
