This is an authentic and charming place: a restored mill that dates back to the 17th century in the heart of a pretty green park, in the middle of two rivers. Calm, serenity and nature around you, in the room and on the plate.
The challenge of Fabrice Idiart and his team, to introduce you to his world and discover a cuisine full of poetry and elegance that gives pride of place to local and natural products, and that likes to highlight the plant in all its dimensions... A short menu and two more confidential formulas, a carefully crafted wine list, a recognised know-how in cooking and in the dining room to help you discover this Basque Country so dear to the chef in a different way!
