In praise of nature and a local gastronomy, La Table d'à Côté, one star in the Michelin Guide, opens its doors in 2018, facing the Limère golf course, near the town of Orléans. With the birth of this new establishment, the double-starred chef Christophe Hay, culinary ambassador of the Loire Valley, promises a cuisine under the sign of excellence, inspired by the richness of nature and its surrounding forests. In the dining room, the decor designed by Caroline Tissier also plays the card of the proximity of the Loire and its landscapes, with sober and pure lines evoking the contours of this great river.
In April 2020, chef Christophe Hay decided to entrust the orders for his restaurant to the young and talented cheffe Marie Gricourt, 26 years old and already the guardian of the values of this beautiful house. On the menu, dishes carefully prepared with local products, hunted, fished or picked in the surrounding area.
