In Telese Terme, on the lands of Sannio, between fields, olive groves and vineyards, one hour from Naples, Kresios has decided to break through the roots of an unknown territory, set aside from the classic tourist circuits. Kresios is the laboratory of one of the most talented and innovative Chefs of his generation, who created his 12-place restaurant inside a former "Masseria", among the vineyards and the nature it produces. Giuseppe Iannotti distils his experiences and cultural influences in a condensed taste through a ballet of dishes that plunges us into a modernist kitchen in continuous research and evolution.
