« Admire the paintings of kitchen assistants collected by Jean-Paul Lacombe that adorn the restaurant walls»
Description of the establishment
A family restaurant and a century-old institution, Léon de Lyon bears the stamp of Jean-Paul Lacombe who has turned it into one of the finest brasseries in Lyon. The great classics of the region are savoured here in a chic, relaxed atmosphere and the spit-roasted meat is always carved in the dining room. Lounges, intimate corners, wood panelling, leather chairs make up the decor and warm atmosphere of one of the best eateries in France. The recipes with their inherent regional inspiration are, of course, accompanied by a wine cellar with more than 40,000 regional and vintage wines.
