Description of the establishment
The Antica Corte Pallavicina, facing the River Pô, dates back to the 14th century and has been sympathetically renovated to preserve its ancient architecture. The suites and rooms occupy the grandest part of the building, with parquet floors covered with authentic Persian rugs. Owner and chef Massimo is passionate about demonstrating that cooking is a real art, with dishes made from produce grown on the property. The extraordinary aging cellars filled with "culatelli", sausages and Parmesan wheels are quite unlike anywhere else. These are the quintessential elements of the cuisine of Romagna, provided by the official supplier to the international elite.
