Description of the establishment

A native of Dijon, Herve Rodriguez debuted his career, with Jean Crotet a Nuits St Georges and then refines its knowledge in a Jacques Lameloise Chagny, after a tour of France starred restaurants accompanied by his wife Sophie, they decide to settle a Boulogne Billancourt. While seeking to develop a simple idea, that is to say that starting from a product, it develops menus around 4, 6 or 8 services daily giving way to improvisation. Therefore, the product as a basis for the kitchen and then the flavors are at the service of the product, playful, precise, picky, chief considers cooking as a means of expression so that your taste buds are filled.
