Le Pressoir, a 30-year old institution, is in the hands of chef Vincent David, who has trained with the greatest chefs. Now back in the land of his birth, the master of the kitchen of this former station bistro is making his statement with a new classic menu revisited with modern flavours and a touch of "land and sea". Among the recipes brimming with new originality, " Roasted crayfish with thyme, sesame and mix vegetables in a Kari Gosse broth". In the dining room, his partner Katia orchestrates efficient service with a smile.
