Description of the establishment

Since September 2013, Alain Ducasse seeks to explore the Meurice restaurant cuisine that exalts the most authentic taste of the products. In exceptional products, exceptional treatment. The attention to detail is taken to the extreme. A scale is removed in two before grilling bar to reconcile the search of taste and comfort of customers. Kitchen almost "raw", made of subtlety, truth, where each dish is reason flavors. This personal expression of contemporary haute French cuisine is to be found in a unique historic setting, opposite the Jardin des Tuileries.
