The story of Lasserre will always be bound up with that of one man, René Lasserre, the founder of the celebrated restaurant whose spectacular roof overlooks the skyline of Paris. This year, the Lasserre restaurant opened a new culinary line innovative while respecting French tradition with the arrival of two talents, chef Christophe Moret and pastry chef Claire Heitzler. They have produced a light, delicate, delicious cuisine.
