For 25 years this small blue house is at the heart of the greedy offer of Franche-Comté. Olivier Bruez, young chef native of the region, has just taken up the torch and is eager to maintain this institution. With an experience with the biggest, enriched numerous journeys and experiences abroad, Olivier proposes a cooking of product, inspired by what the nature and its native region propose him. The Inn keeps its intimist character, its unique decoration and for the most nostalgic the card keeps some winks of eye of the previous owners.
