From its 30 years, Yoann went in 2008 to the Maison Lameloise to give a big facelift to the Burgundian institution, formerly held by John Ducloux. The classics of the house but still we stop especially in this beautiful house with its Burgundy stone to discover a true culinary signing combining tradition and technicality.
