Description of the establishment

It is a charismatic house created in 1947 by Mr Jean Ducloux, celebrity chef I took over in 2008. A house that has a lot of charm with its stone walls, the stone floors of Burgundy. An ideal stop located halfway between Paris and the French Riviera. Yohann Chapuis, chef offers a menu borrows truth revealing flavors of products ... his motto: Do not damage them but sublimate!
