Description
The cuisine draws inspiration from both land and sea. The seafood menu features a wide range of fish and shellfish cooked in a variety of inventive ways and is like a breath of fresh air. The range of tasty meat dishes is accompanied by a selection of carefully cultivated vegetables. Wild plants and short-lived crops from the “Jardin Respectueux” also have pride of place.
