Description of the establishment

A revolution breaks out "Ratapoil Faubourg" when Nadia Michaud took charge of the restaurant in 2016. The creative requirement of this young Chef, last in the kitchen of Alice Waters' Chez Panisse "and inspired by his many trips between STATES and the Mediterranean basin, convinced the owners to change the concept giving birth to "Little Mana", "Little Mama" in Greek. New decor to set the tone in a kitchen sharing where we enjoy the best Mediterranean products sourced by Nadia, without forgetting the small Ile producers showcased alongside a plain or high wine list in biodynamics.
