Media face in Flanders, Piet Huysentruyt found its " foot on the ground " in the Vans where the Belgian leader opened Likoké, a wink of eye to his father, formerly colonist in Congo, in which Piet tribute by punctuating its cooking of small Belgian and Congolese touches. His extravagant signature conquered all Ardèche thanks to a cooking anchored in the rich lands of the South, balanced between Earth and Sea with an innate sense of textures and flavors.
