Description of the establishment
After learning the ropes with the very best in the trade and concluding his culinary wanderings through Switzerland, France and Monaco, the prodigious Christophe Dupouy now mans the ovens in his native Landes. At "Les Clefs d’Argent", a gourmet temple in the South-West, he presents his seasonal menu with a strong emphasis on terroir coupled with colourful, exotic ingredients. Wagyu beef with a completely surprising pineapple tomato ketchup or little crushed violets stuffed "à la barigoule" with a summer truffle, veal sweetbreads, yuzu caramel, and crunchy vegetables set the tone. In this bourgeois dwelling, his wife Eugénie attends to the wellbeing of their guests.
