Description of the establishment
In a very Napoleon III museum setting, Le Mini Palais focuses on the art of gourmet dining. The minimalist design and uncomplicated furniture are indicative of our contemporary era. The well thought-through cuisine respects culinary traditions and authentic flavours. Situated at the far end of the Grand Palais, in the artistic district of the Triangle d’Or, the elegant terrace with its colonnades ranks amongst the finest in the French capital. Eric Frechon has been entrusted with the orchestration of this grandiose setting. A few of his flagship dishes are featured alongside the light, generous cuisine of the Head Chef Stéphane d’Aboville.
