Description of the establishment

Of return in Anjou after a route punctuated by England, Amboise and Nantes, Celine and Mickaël Pihours settled on the edges of the Loire to open in their restaurant "Le Gambetta" in 2006 in a beautiful house, which became “La Grande table” of Saumur. The challenge of combining creativity and respect for local products, the cooking of created Mickaël combining pleasure, spices, perfumes and textures.
