Description of the establishment

It is in this building of the XVIè century situated in the historic center of Beaune of “Hospices” and Halle, that Nathalie and Christophe Quéant found the perfect place for their restoring, « Le Carmin » . Christophe proposes a sophisticated, sober, classic cuisine with a point of modernity there which gives a good place to the beautiful products and accommodated simply in homage to his producers.
