Set between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, Le 39V offers an unforgettable experience to live with one of the finest starred restaurants of Paris. Located on the 6th and last floor of a Haussmann building, Le 39V is an intimate place, preserved from urban bustle. Everything is designed to give the impression of privilege, starting with its private elevator that provides access, its open kitchen with views on all areas and its elegant and contemporary décor. The chef, Frédéric Vardon offers a neo-classical French cuisine, sometimes an Epicurean cuisine, which is always expressed seasonal products. To exchange confidential, the table of the chef is offered from 4 to 8 people with an exceptional view of the kitchens. We love its suspended terrace surrounded by a kitchen garden for an aperitif or coffee.
The restaurant can be privatized for lunch and dinner for all your professional events in sit-down meal or cocktail.
