This establishment was founded in 1921 by Eugénie Brazier, a young farmer who succeeded in seducing the palates of her most demanding contemporaries, transforming her traditional tavern into a veritable institution. Its current occupant, Mathieu Viannay takes guests on a journey to the gastronomic heights. After taking over the restaurant in 2008, he decided to keep its iconic dishes, while updating the menu to reflect the latest culinary trends. Now these classic gourmet gems share the limelight with his high-flying creations. The earthenware decor keeps the historical spirit of the place alive.
