In Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in Europe, L’Epicurien is the very best of the restaurants in Montana. The chef uses the finest French produce such as Quercy lamb or Isigny oysters and gives them a feel of Asia. He revisits them with spices from all over the world and features long forgotten vegetables. His expertise offers a new take on fine French cuisine, understated but with enough finesse to surprise and delight even the most discerning palates. Jérémy Gillon dares to combine the most unique associations and his “Le Jardin d’Epicure” menu allows him to express his passion in seven different variations.
