The other gourmet feature involves creating your own menu tailored to your appetite as the menu proposes small portions of great classic dishes. This ingenious, exceptional idea culminated in the L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon de Saint-Germain. It quickly became a must in the capital before spreading around the world.
