That's half a century that the Ambassade d’Auvergne defends the excellence of regional cuisine, generous and quality in the heart of historic Paris. On the menu: whole spirit of gastronomy and Auvergne terroirs, tasty aligot spun room that accoquine with beautiful products of the region, all carefully selected by Didier Desert from local producers, farmers, butchers and cheese, and original recipes showcase of the chef Emerick de Backer. The house does not skimp on the quality and diversity of wines we taste in a warm atmosphere in an elegant and authentic 4 dining rooms of the Ambassade d’Auvergne.
