L’Alexandrin welcomes guests to a refurbished, contemporary and colourful setting. The kitchen is now open plan and there is a new table d’hôte near the ovens. Although this privilege does not allow guests to learn all the secrets of the culinary range of an ambitious chef, it does allow them to watch the kitchen brigade in full swing. This is an opportunity to share your impressions with Laurent Rigal, always ready and willing to satisfy his guests’ wishes. Seasonal produce always takes pride of place.
