Description of the establishment

Opened in 2015, the Essenza restaurant laid a new stone on the Milanese culinary of Italy. A unique place due to its singular influences which cross him, the tastes, the atmosphere but especially due to his people who live in it. In the front row: the chef Eugenio Boer, at the middle Italian, which makes dance the flavors and the perfumes of territories which drive him - France, Tuscany, Sicily, Liguria or Holland - in hectic one contemporary ballet which plays its prelude in one of the courses of "Old man-Milan".
