Description of the establishment

Benoit opened its doors in Paris in 1912 and is now one of the last remaining authentic Parisian bistros, rewarded with a Michelin star. The chef offers a cuisine showcasing products from the “terroir” and specialities of traditional French cooking; calf's head, sauce ravigote; “escargots” served in their shells with garlic butter and herbs. Gourmets come from around the world to taste the treasures of French cuisine in this warm and lively atmosphere. Private dining room.
