Aux Lyonnais, opened in 1890, welcomes gourmets with the friendly, informal atmosphere of a traditional “bouchon lyonnais”. The cuisine pays homage to the produce of the “terroir” and reinterprets the specialities of Lyon with a touch of modernity and lightness to make the dishes even more delicious: “pot de la cuisinière”, “quenelles” and crayfish, “grenouilles” from la Dombes, tart with pink praline. A generous choice of wines by the glass celebrates the best of the French regions. Private dining room.
