Manuela and Thomas L'Hérisson chose the charm and quality of life by taking the Auberge Saint Jean . This historic building offers panoramic views of the Dordogne river, in the small village of Saint-Jean-de-Blaignac , located a few miles from Saint-Emilion at the gates of the Entre- Deux-Mers . Thomas offers seasonal cuisine , inspired by the markets of the region and the rich terroir of Bordeaux but also of his trips abroad.
