Description of the establishment

In search of a new adventure, François Gagnaire leaves his area of the Puy-en-Velay towards a broader horizon: Paris, capital. Left in family with her soil under the arm, it is in the charming street of Seek-Midday that it opens its establishment, the Anicia bar. This female and delicate name was given to the city of the Puy-en-Velay formerly, and it is not null other than the Latin name of its vegetable headlight, the lens. In tribute to his area, the former leader of the Haute-Loire ultra puts at the honor of the products sources resulting from his rich soil. Through Anicia, François Gagnaire wish to give to the Parisian scene, a postcard colors and flavours of its expensive and tender native area.
