Yes. Payments are made directly on our bank’s server and are protected by the bank’s security system.

To cancel or change a reservation, or call the following number +33 (0)1 55 34 16 16, Monday to Friday : 8 am to 9 pm Paris GMT and Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm Paris GMT.

The booking system that you connect to can process on-line reservations
(with immediate payment and confirmation) and reservations for hotels that do not display
their room availability on-line.
Electronic reservations check room availability on-line and your reservation is confirmed as soon as your payment has been accepted by the bank.
For a traditional booking request, there are three steps :
1. You send us your booking request.
2. Very shortly afterwards we send you tentative booking details based on room availability at the hotel selected.
3. Once you receive this tentative offer, you confirm it with us as soon as possible.

For security reasons and to keep waiting times down, you can only reserve one room at a time.

In a private château your hosts welcome you into their home as paying guests, offering a more personal service than that of a traditional hotel.

Châteaux et Hôtels Collection guarantees a certain standard of accommodation throughout the group. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (shower or bath) and WC.
