After the Auberge Nicolas Flamel and the opening of the bistro AG in Saint-Germain- des-Prés , Alan Geaam delighting Halles since last November with his third restaurant Les Halles AG . The chef - American- Lebanese origin, born in Liberia - is needed on the Parisian scene for almost 10 years with a revisited French cuisine. In the district symbol of the food shops, 'the alchemist of flavors' chooses to honor the cream of French terroir and make her home a place of passage, brewing and pure gluttony, punctuated at noon evening.
