Description
A medieval, gourmet atmosphere prevails in this former hunting lodge of the Count of Toulouse, situated in Cordes-sur-Ciel, one of the most beautiful villages in France. It became a listed building in the 19th century. De Gaulle, Pompidou, Mitterrand and Camus all liked to stay here, and it is easy to see why. With its 13th century walls, beams, parquet floors and 18th century furniture, the elegant setting appealed to them, enhanced today by the delicious cuisine. Yves Thuries and his chef, Damien Thuries, surprise and convince guests with their gastronomic trilogy: three products, three recipes and three flavours all in one dish... |
