Description
Outstanding service, delightful crockery and silver cutlery, rustic atmosphere enhanced by brass, wood and a large fireplace. For over half a century, the Verger family has run this gastronomic restaurant in Nice which has become a major focal point lovers of meat grilled over a wood fire. The parents manage the restaurant, their son is in charge of the kitchen while their daughter is the hostess. Carefully selected beef, lamb and farm poultry are served with salad enhanced with cream or aubergine caviar while a generous wine list provides the choice between regional wines and outstanding vintages.
