This 18th century watermill converted into a delightful hotel stands at the foot of the outstanding medieval village of Conques, with the River Dourdou running nearby. Set in the heart of a listed site, the building has an unusual charm enhanced by its fine 16th century furnished interior and its superb terrace overlooking the river and the magnificent landscapes. Similar delightful views from the swimming pool and rooms, some with a balcony or terrace. Hervé Busset serves outstanding cuisine in the restaurant. Getting out of the beaten tracks he strives to innovate by getting the best out of the local produce.
