Founded in 1734 in place of an eleventh century monastery, this restaurant provides complete tranquillity in the heart of Albi. Among the oldest in the country, this hostelry has been owned by the Rieux family for five generations. Greeting guests is a tradition here, a genuine family affair. Cosy atmosphere in the winter, relaxation in summer in the garden or on the terrace. Comfortable rooms, the sophistication of the lounges adorned with 18th and 19th century bourgeois furniture, outstanding service...
