Description
Every era since the Middle Ages has left its mark on the chateau throughout its long life. Like a millefeuille, it has built up layer upon layer of historical references since the time it was known as the "Manoir des Trois Tours". The rooms are decorated in an extravagantly romantic style and feature high ceilings, fabric wall coverings, draperies and damask bed covers. They share a breathtaking view over the golf club and grounds, which are also home to the pool. The restaurant includes both the Salon Troyon and the panoramic air-conditioned veranda. The characterful cuisine pays tribute to both areas in an avant-garde style featuring a heady mix of techniques and flavours.
