Benoit opened its doors in Paris in 1912 and is now one of the last remaining authentic Parisian bistros, rewarded with a Michelin star. The chef, offers a cuisine showcasing products from the "terroir" and specialities of traditional French cooking; calf's head, sauce ravigote; "escargots" served in their shells with garlic butter and herbs.
